we use a Confluence 5.8.10 page Table to track product details, and have had a request to include/display date-stamp for some of these updates. While users could enter date manually in neighboring cell at change time, was wondering if that change-date could be displayed within its cell, or loaded by macro into adjacent cell?
I think Handy Macros add-on can help. There is a Handy Timestamp macro that displays time it was inserted. Also you can use Handy Status macro that shows in its history time it was changed.
Nice! I didn't know of that macro pack!

I do not believe this is avaliable out of box or via any macros. I'd implore you to redesign, use Pages, and a combination of Page Properties/Page Properties Report macros instead.
