is there a place to have a Decisions log

hello! I've noticed there is a place where I can find all incompleted tasks in one place on Confluence.. is there a place where I can locate all the decisions from my notes?

This request is actually pretty popular. Currently, this is not available for Confluence. We have an older thread that deals with it and links to the request to implement this feature. Take a look at the thread here:
