I understand that JIRA portfolio will be billed for Administrator, and Users. My question is will it be billed for the Portfolio viewer's as well.

It will be great if you can provide detailed portfolio types that are billable and not billable

Hi,

Portfolio for JIRA is a JIRA add-on following standard Atlassian pricing. This does not have anything to do with administrators, users or viewers, but with the user tier of your JIRA application. As explained on the Marketplace add-on page, the add-on tier is set automatically based on the maximum tier of the licensed JIRA applications on your instance. For example, if you have JIRA Software (50 users) and JIRA Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, your add-on tier is 50 users.

Confluence does not have any impact on the pricing of Portfolio. It's your JIRA instance you have to look at to determine the number of users.
