Did you mean:

We have two macros we use extensively at work: "Task report" and "Content Report Table’ Macro.  Both use labels to find contents to display.

I can add multiple labels, such as:

meeting-notes, project-one, project-two

...but then I get all "meeting-notes" items across other projects.

Is there a way to specify something like:

meeting-notes AND project-one, OR meeting-notes AND project-two

?

Hi @apackard

You should be able to...

  • Specify Space(s) / Page(s) for Task Report and...
  • Specify Space(s) for Content Report Table

...that summarised items are being pulled from. This should be able to limit down some of the noise.

If this isn't sufficient, I would just have unique labels per Project - for example meeting-notes-project1, meeting-notes-project2.

This is a cleaner method, as it can be applied across multiple search functions / macros in future - rather than having to set the Space / Page limits each time.
