Hi @Hakim zada , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. You should be able to change the language of the product, in this case Confluence, by navigating to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences and changing the Language
If the language you are looking for isn't supported. Please open a support ticket - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
