I can not longer @ mention users on Confluence pages. When I attempt to do this I get not drop-down menu with user names on it. On pages where there is a table the table disappears on the attempt to @mention someone and I can only resolve it by refreshing the page.
This appears to only be an issue on one instance of Confluence (I am able to tag people on other instances I use). No settings have been changed as far as I know.
Hello ! We are experience the same situation and when using the mention all the page Sims to be broken. We already change web browser and still the same
Hi @Julie Garrett,
Welcome to Atlassian Community, and thanks for reaching out! I understand you're experiencing some issues with @mentions in Confluence.
Can you tell me if other users on your site are facing the same issue? That will help me understand if it's a profile specific issue or more widespread.
Also, make sure that the "Disable autocomplete" option isn't selected in your Editor settings. Click your Profile picture > Personal Settings > Editor or navigate to your Editor settings here:

If the problem persists, you can raise a support ticket with Cloud Support, and my team can take a look at the issue.
Thank you, and have a nice day!
Best Regards,
Shannon S | Atlassian Cloud Support
