multimedia macro autoplay

I added a mp3-file in Wiki with the Multimedia Macro, and this works fine. The problem is when I check of "Autoplay".

After saving the changes, the file plays automatically the first time. But when I re-enter the page, it does not play. Same has happened to others that has visited the site and we need to click play to make it start. Does someone know what the problem might be?
