Do you mean the left hand navigation pane for all the pages in your Space?

Apart from checking that you are NOT using Internet Explorer which has all sorts of random problems dealing with advanced wiki sites like Confluence (i.e. use Firefox or Chrome or some other fully HTML5 compatible browser) .... you may have inadvertently dragged or clicked the pane closed - just to the left of the search box on the top menu bar you will see a feint square box - click that to un-hide the left navigation pane
