As I understand, you want to group Shortcuts added to your sidebar. Is that correct Marie?
Currently, this is not possible in Confluence Cloud interface. With this current limitation in mind, I raised this Feature Suggestion:
CONFCLOUD-66609 | Enable grouping of Space Shortcuts
Currently, the best course of action would be to Vote and Watch this feature. Voting increases the visibility and watching will keep you up to date with everything posted there!
