page permission issue

I have created a new page via code and while opening the page its giving me error as "you don't have permission to the page " .I already have all the access to the space .I am using confluence 7.13.x version .Its working fine if we perform re indexing everytime .

If anyone have faced similar issue please let me know .

I think that if you create a page and open it via code, there is no time for the index to update. Maybe you can put a delay between them?
