Would it be possible to found the sql query of macro detail? We would like to use it with database tool.

Sorry, it's not clear what you are asking for - "found the sql query of macro detail" does not make sense.  I suspect you are talking about an add-on as Confluence doesn't have sql macros built in, but you haven't mentioned which one (or if you are simply looking for one?)

Thank you for your reply. For example, we use popular macro to make a report, we want to know the sql language which these data generate? Can we do it ?

What macro? And why do you want SQL from it? Macros may run off the index rather than the database, so the answer could well be "no SQL is run"
