problem with Support Tools Plugin (confluence4.3.2)

we have a problem with confluence - Support Tools Plugin (bug in version 3.0.25) and so I disabled it yesterday, but then the logs became full of another errors:

ERROR [http-80-64] [[Standalone].[localhost].[/].[servlet-module-container-servlet]] log Servlet.service() for servlet servlet-module-container-servlet threw exception
java.lang.RuntimeException: ClientAbortException: java.net.SocketException: Software caused connection abort: socket write error
at com.atlassian.confluence.image.effects.ImageFilterServlet$1.doInTransaction(ImageFilterServlet.java:226)

Anyone can help? Do I need a restart of confluence(v4.3.2)?

Maybe you can try to upgrade the support tools plugin to check whether the issue pesist?
