problem with collaborative editing

It is not possible to add an entry when collaborative editing is active.

Everything indicates that it is a problem with version 6.12.1, what version can I use to make everything work correctly?

Hello Raynaldo,

To ensure we understand the problem, when you are editing a page by yourself there are not issues, but once another user is editing with you, then you’re unable to add anything to the page itself. If this is the case then there should be something within the logs to show us a problem is occurring. With this said, we would suggest reviewing the logs and report back any “caused by”, warning or errors you see present. Here is further information on Working with Confluence Logs | 6.12.

If your issue was related to your editor showing older content then you may be impacted by this bug: CONFSERVER-57458. If this is the case, then it would be advised to upgrade to a later version to resolve this issue.
