The server is in a virtual machine. I had to roll back the snapshot for another time. The database MS SQL is on a different server. On startup web, there was an error: "on Clustered Confluence: Database is being updated by another Confluence instance." Http://www.confluence.atlassian.com/x/mwiyCg for more details. 2018-02-02 12:43:19 fatal " I can not start Confluence normaly. Please, help!
Dear @license_all,
logic behavior of Confluence: when starting confluence after the restore, it found a database that is from data level "somehow" in the future.
This is same, if you would write a book and then your brain gets a reset back to the status of one day before. When you try to continue writing your book - you will get crazy.
What you can do is also bring the database to a status that matches the snapshot. Or you could replay the latest dump the snapshot made.
To avoid this in the future - shut confluence down with the regular mechanism, before you replay any snapshot.
So long
Thomas
I restored the database from the night copy and with the server itself with confluence. But the web does not start.

So you restored server and database at exactly the same date? Was Confluence running while you did this?

At night, no one worked. Backups were made. In the morning, the next day, everything worked. It all started with the fact that I wanted to update 6.6.1 to 6.7.0 in the regular way by running the exe file on upgrade. But after the update the web did not start and I began to roll back the virtual machine.
Now I managed to restore the database in this way: Creating an empty SQL database, returning the snapshot of the virtual machine to the time before configuring Conflueence and restoring the previously prepared backup made by Confluence itself.
I also encountered the following problem: in one of the ways I tried to remove Conflentence and reinstall it. The server code was generated new and led me to the official site. At some point, the official site stopped giving me the key and offered to make a cluster. I did not understand. Why is that? Can you put in my license that I only use 1 server without a cluster? And then if a similar situation occurs, I can not install the program again!

They stopped with the keys, because they thought, that you install multiple copies of Confluence with one license. For the license issue best you contact Atlassian.

Please tell me the mail box where I need to write. Or where exactly?

Hi @license_all I was not able to find a support request for you at the portal recommended by Nic, so I am thinking you may still need help.
You may generate a single server (not Cluster) evaluation license key at https://my.atlassian.com. However, the starter license you paid for (retrievable at https://my.atlassian.com) is a single server license.
You also mentioned a cluster panic. If you are experiencing that, please see: Cluster Panic due to Multiple Deployments
Please let us know how things are going, whether you still are having issues and how we can help.
