quick search - searching the body of the article

Can confluence be configured that quick search would also searches the document body not just the title.

For example:

Confluence holds a document with Title: Title 1 and with body: Document body 1

If I enter "body" into the quick search field no result is shown, but if I press ENTER the result page shows me the right document.
I would like that quick search searches exactly the same way as a "normal" search.
