"Children Display" macro shows below error even for simple page tree structure

Please help on how I can overcome these errors.

Hi @Binesh John 

For "Children Display" macro - do you have any special characters in your child pages by any chance ? Though it should cause any issue. For me it's working fine on confluence cloud. I would recommend raising a support ticket with Atlassian for this issue.

Are you using wiki markup in UI Children macro ? asking because it is no longer supported.

Not sure what was wrong the last time I tried. But today, I just now tried once to see if it is the special character that is causing the issues and can see that both the macros are working fine now.
