When I click "Fetch new mail"in the email page, the following message display:
Error retrieving mail from 商务邮箱的管理员邮箱(means Administrator's mailbox of Business mailbox): Error retrieving message: [Ljava.lang.Object; cannot be cast to com.atlassian.confluence.content.CustomContentEntityObject
After this error happened,I can just view and delete the old emails,but not get new ones.
what's more,I checked the pop configuration,it works well“Connection test successful.”

You didn't say which mail server you are using or which version of Confluence, but searching your error message brought up this bug which affects Lotus Domino and Dovecot mail servers that are connected to Confluence 4.2.x, as discussed in this bug report: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-26036
If this is the case then the solution appears to be to allow the mail-user to delete emails from the mail database and the issue will disappear, as described in this knowledge base article on the subject: https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=296093924
If this isn't the cause of your issue then please open a ticket with Atlassian Support so that we can investigate this issue further and update the knowledge base article for this error with other possible causes and solutions.
