"Quickload" delay the page loading for 40 seconds

I am new to Confluence management. We have been using Confluence 6.15.0 for quite some time and had not many issues. However, we recently have to migrate to 7.13.0 because of a patch for security problem. 

After migrating to 7.13.0, we noticed a strange problem. Everything worked fine for the logged-in users. However, for the unknown (or not registered) users, Confluence showed different behaviors for root directory from any specified pages. If users were asking for particular pages, Confluence returned the pages right away. However, if users were visiting the root directory, Confluence would go quiet for 40 seconds before return the page.

We traced the code and found Confluence was spending time on "Quickload". Can we get some help to solve this problem?

@Sharad Ahlawat I would suggest submitting an issue to Atlassian with a support zip so they can analyze and provide feedback.  

While you wait for support to respond I would suggest seeing if it is an app that is causing the issue.  Have you tried running in safe mode and seen if an app is causing the issue?
