really dissapointed with the way bugs are handled in Confluence Cloud

It's been over 4 months now and we're still waiting for a fix to a nasty problem that totally breaks our workflow:

When inserting a link in a page the option "Recently viewed (pages)" does not present you with a list of recently viewed pages sorted by most recently visited first. It does work as advertised on Confluence Server 6.13 and it did work like that on Confluence Cloud before October 2018.

Since then some attempts have been made to fix the problem, with little or no success + communication on the progress has been minimal, to say the least, even when asking the official support channels for updates.
