recently updated macro not working

After upgrading version to 4.0.3, recently updated macro is not working and throws an error:

Error rendering macro 'recently-updated' : com/atlassian/confluence/plugins/macros/advanced/recentupdate/Theme

How this could be resolved

Could you please check if you have any error messages in your confluence log file that relate to this?

Also, please check to see what version of the "Advanced Macros" plugin you have installed, and if there are any upgrades available for it.
