Hello,
when I call Confluence on LAN URL, all it's OK. The Home page load on Recently worked.
when I load Confluence by the WAN URL, the home page load on Recently worked repeated loading with a error popup on right up corner "looks like your session has been lost"
If I clicked on people button, loading stopped and I can use Confluence normally. If I click on home page, the repeated loading restart with the error message.
no logs in Confluence logs directory
The Solution is on Sophos UTM.
I've found this :
we are also using a Sophos UTM. We have set an exeption for the
Protocol violations
SQL injection attacks
XSS attacks
Skip this for the Pages
/pages*
And now, the load is correct.
The only and correct way is to load the confluence with the URL that is entered as Server Base Url in the General configuration.
As a workaround, the confluence can still be called up on the confluence server with localhost: portnumber.
Works even if https brings an error.

It's correct but when I put the WAN URL in Server base URL I've the same problem.
