I am analyzing a Confluence Data Center instance in preparation to migrate it to the cloud. It includes the Composition Tabs app, and the instance makes use of the Float macro in that app.
That macro is not supported in the cloud version of the app. I'm looking for an alternative.
Atlassian has a change request for this, but it is still set to "Gathering Interest".

Per this post a work around would require being able to add custom CSS and HTML code to the page. I found a couple of apps that purport to do that, but that type of code is not my forte and I've not been able to figure out how to make it work.
Actually, the macro doesn't truly "float" the content, in that as you scroll the content does not remain displayed on the screen. The "floating" that it does is wrapping text around the content, which is in a fixed position.
So if anybody knows a solution for being able to add content and get text to wrap around it, and support that content being the Table of Contents, that would be adequate.
