there is some issue in the xml file. A similar error appears for duplicated key (https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/confluence-site-xml-import-fails-with-duplicate-key-error-438993638.html). In your case it seems that there is some item with NULL value.
Try to create again the xml file.
