slow page loading

Hello

Confluence web page is very slow to load.

I want to attach the files  but I couldn't fine hot to

Hi @JamesJi ,

If you are experiencing slowness, it could be one of the following reasons:

• Confluence is using the allocated memory. You may want to check the usage by going to System Information link (in Administration)
• Many concurrent users using the system. Hence, user experience is sluggish.
• You may want to contact your Confluence administrator to ensure that full indexing is done recently.

If it is to do with user permissions, you need to contact your space administrator, so that you have the ability to add attachments to a confluence page.
