solution to change once ticket closed

Hi team,

Is there a way to achieve below scenario?

Once ticket is closed (status changed to close) I need to make an existing field(solution = close). Kindly suggest the better solution.

We have jsu, jmwe and sprint runner addons installed in our instance.

Hi @Ganesh ,

I think that you are referring to JIRA and not to Confluence.

Btw, at workflow level you can setup a post function that automatically set that field value on transition execution.
