I don't think screenshots would tell you much here, other than where to look for the buttons and links on the screens.

Yep. Half the time the buttons and links are hidden in the most obscure location..

I've not found people struggling to find them when I've been doing training or admin - only really questions when they can't find them (because they don't have the restrict permission mostly)
