space import from xml, some thumbnails are not previewing

Recently i have configured 6.12.1 in debian linux and configured database is mssql 2014.  I have take the space backup of xml and imported into the new instance. Some thumbnails are not  previewing like pptx and xlsx.

Thanks for updating. 

But presently we are using 6.12.1 .

In my test instance, I have configured 6.12.1 and mysql version is 8.0 . I have take the db backup of mysql and imported into the my test instance and as well as copied the attachments also. Everything is working fine.

In another test instance, i have configured the confluence version 6.12.1 with mssql (2014). I I have took the space backup using export and imported into the my test instance-2. Only i have faced one issue of .pptx and .xslsx  not previewing  properly of some spaces. In some space, .pptx and .xlsx is previewing  fine. 

Presently we are not upgrading right now.

I think you are hitting a bug

• CONFSERVER-59429 - Texts in powerpoint thumbnail is not rendered correctly depending on Java version 

You can check the workaround mention on the page. This is fixed in 7.4.
