I am subscribing to the my calendar in Outlook.com
However, Outlook does not update the latest schedule.
The update is very slow. More than one day.

To clarify, you've subscribed to a Team Calendar from within Outlook, and it only updates events about once per day. Did I understand your question properly?
Could you let me know what version of Team Calendars and what version of Outlook you are using?

So I've looked into this and it seems to be a known issue in Outlook, for example:
If a tenant doesn't use Office 365 EOP filtering (the MX record points to a non-Office 365 endpoint), instant syncing will not occur. Instead, calendar syncing will only occur a couple of times per day. We're currently investigating how to enable instant syncing in these situations.

We have a feature request for CalDAV support that a lot of Outlook users are requesting that may help with this problem, since Team Calendar only uses .ics at this point:
