As you can see from the image. I opened a support request to Atlassian, I pay for this instance regularly, and the response was that the bug is not a priority. How did you solve this problem ?

This affects many users, and as Atlassian said to you, this is known bug, to which there is no workaround. Vote for this issue here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-66771 and keep watching it.

Atlassian, don't they think that before releasing useless extensions for emoji, it is better to make what information architecture and knowledge organisation professionals really need work well? The bug dates back reported to 2019, two years ago.
