tips for filling form in confiform registration

In confiform registration - need some tips to be displayed to users on each field if they hover over it.

Like say there are 2 fields, if user hovers over Name while registering, i should be able to give a tip on what the field is.

ID

Is there a way to achieve this.

You can use a placeholder or/and description parameters in the ConfiForms Field Definition macros to put explanatory texts
