to much Confluence users are counted

Dear Support Team,

we have a problem to edit our Confluence pages. In the administration view are 35 Confluence users, but under Licence details there are 51 users - there is probably sth. wrong with the counter.

We have 50 licences for Confluence.

Please could you check this issue

Hi Werner,

Please review License count is incorrect or disabled users are counted towards the license:

Problem

The license count is not displayed correctly even after users are disabled or no longer able to access Confluence .

Cause

The cache related to user count has corrupted . 

Resolution

You will need to flush the cache from General Configuration >> Cache management >> Flush All .

If this does not have any affect, double check that the user has been removed from all groups with Can Use permissions, and does not have any individual access permissions.

Please try the above solutions and let us know if it works.  If not we'll go from there.
