transparent PNG images and rotation

Hi

If I upload an transparent image to a Confluence Whiteboard - why is it changed to a white background? Is this normal?

Also, is there no ability to rotate notes or images?

@Yatish Madhav it look like you are correct it changes all the images to white if where they are transparent.  There is a feature request here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-76985 

There is no ability to rotate images.
