Hi,
basically same question as in this thread - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/How-to-copy-table-from-Confluence-to-Excel/qaq-p/2234256?anon_like=2234256
I am unable to copy/paste large tables in confluence or jira cloud out into excel without the output having a huge number of cells merged all over the place. copying and pasting in edit mode does not change this behavior. I cannot find the "export to CSV" function several threads mention.
I do not have the ability to add even free marketplace tools. anything added has to go through a security review.
I have tried the 2014 threads "export to csv" bookmarklet, that sortof works but inserts a lot of random characters into the results. I have also tried several chrome plugins mentioned in other threads but all of them have issues or just flat out do not work.
anyone have a reliable way of doing this?
We do have the "Export to CSV" feature included in our macros (Table Filter, Pivot Table, Table Transformer and Table Spreadsheet) - I'm talking about the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app that we develop. Maybe you came across our answers.
It is a paid add-on unless your Cloud instance is small (1-10 users).
