unable to see the category in confluence

HI Everyone,

recently i have created a category in confluence but it is visible only to few user and not visible to some users and i have not kept any restrictions for the category every logged in user should able to see it

please suggest any resolution

Hello @K Vivek Rao ! Great to have you sharing here with us. As I understand, you have created different labels in Confluence and those very labels are not available for everyone to see.

Also:

• No restricted pages are associated with such labels
• Some users can see the content associated with those labels

First thing we can go and check is if the content associated with those labels (categories) have some kind of permission setup that keeps all users from accessing the content.

Now, so I can better understand what is happening I would like to ask a few questions. Here we go:

1. What happens when users click on the labels?
2. Is there any error thrown on screen when users try to access the content associated with the labels?
