update custom fields in confluence

Hi, 

If I make a list of jira issues in Confluence with multiple custom fields, is it possible to update/fill out the custom field in confluence rather than going back to Jira?

No you can't as the Jira issues you see are just results.

The issues can only be updated in Jira ootb

You could try the following marketplace app, that should have the option.
