upload macro does not refresh when uploading by browsing files

Browsing files to upload has not the same behavior as drag and dropping.

When we choose: browsing files to upload on the macro it keeps loading forever, giving the impression that the file is still being uploaded. However, if the page is forced refresh the file shows up.

 

Is this a known bug?
