Hi,

I'm trying to embed a new draw.io diagram onto a confluence page.  I've already added a number of diagrams already without issue, but now instead of showiong the selection box for the type of diagram, draw.io is throwing the error 'url.indexof is not a function'.

If I click 'ok' on the error, there is an untitled diagram (not mine) which shows what looks like a simple hierarchy diagram.

I cant delete what is there because it then throws an error ; 'Error: Uncaught TypeError: src.substring is not a function'.

The problem is only happening on this particular confluence page.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Ian

Where is the draw.io diagram stored? How are you embedding it?

Hi David,

The diagram doesn't exist yet.  I'm creating a new Draw.io diagram.

Usually, when draw.io loads, there is a template selection window.  The error appears instead of that.
