viewing issues post import, space permissions already checked

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I have imported a couple of spaces from another account. The other account had one of these spaces locked down. Once imported to the new account I updated the permissions to include me on the new account, but I keep getting the message that I cannot view. When I select to get access it sends an email to the admin on the original account. Though I have already made myself an admin for this space on the new account. What is wrong here?

Hi @Mark Simpson  and welcome,

try to check if there are some page view restrictions in the path that don't allow you to view pages within the space.
