Hi,

We have recently migrate from jira server 6.15.3 to datacenter 7.13 (LTS).

Our new licence is being renewed right now.

Some users are facing strange issues and I just wonder if their firefox version is not the problem (one can't modify a page but with correct rights, the other one can't see his spaces correctly parametered).

Thank you for your help.

See https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver0713/supported-platforms-964983071.html

Edit - oops!  Sorry!  I read the sentence with the "Jira version" in it and forgot to swap back to Confluence.  For that, try https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf713/supported-platforms-1077914838.html

Hi @Olivier LOHIO AFAIK, the documentation doesn't give you the exact browser version numbers which are supported, and just lists down the names of supported browsers. If users are having issues it must be due to very old version of firefox, you can ask them to upgrade and see if they are still facing any issues.
