Crowd Azure AD integration with Conditional Access policies

Hello Everyone,

We are using Crowd 3.5.1 Version and We are trying to integrate crowd with Azure AD Cloud with some conditional access policies implemented in Azure AD.

When we try to authenticate from Atlassian application, this conditional access policy is blocking us from logging in, Since the requests are coming from crowd server which is not part of conditional access policy. 

Is this the expected behavior?
