Dear Support Team, 

Since from last two days our Crowd services are not getting sync with AD or LDAP server , below error message when we try to login on jira or wiki, your immediate action & quick support will be highly appreciable 

Below Error message for your reference...,

2022-07-07 10:26:28,763 http-nio-8095-exec-9 ERROR [crowd.manager.application.ApplicationServiceGeneric] Directory 'Domain' is not functional during authentication of 'domain user'. Skipped.
