Crowd down (OS update). Should I stop the whole toolchain?

Our server team does a minor RedHat update, which includes a reboot, so our crowd will go down (it has an init script to restart). The servers for fisheye and jira get the same.

So, shoulld I stop the whole toolchain (bamboo, bitbucket, Sonarqube, JIRA, COnfluence, Artifactory) untill crowd is up again?

It's not required to restart other Atlassian tools. Once the Crowd is up and running, a user should be able to log in from the other Atlassian tools if it is connected to the user management. Please ensure that the database is up and running as well
