Kindly provide the pre-upgrade and post upgrade steps for Crowd upgrade to latest version.

We have upgraded Crowd 2.7.2 to 2.9.1 

After restarting Crowd we are getting 404 error

we are getting below error .Kindly suggest on this 

 

org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: Failed to start component [StandardEngine[Catalina].StandardHost[localhost].StandardContext[/crowd]]
