Question regarding change of base DN for a directory

Hello,

Due to a migration we will have to move the base dn of our main user directory from :

cn=AdministrativeLdap,cn=Windchill_9.1,o=ptc

to

cn=AdministrativeLdap,cn=Windchill,o=ptc

Question is to know if we will have any issue with the users ? or will crowd will reconnect all the users to the correct dn

Hi, this should be fine. You'll just need to update your settings in Crowd. Do a test within Crowd to make sure you can still view the same users.
