Importing users from Jira!

Hi everyone! I'm trying to import users from Jira server but getting an error:

java.lang.NullPointerException: credential argument cannot have null value

At the same time, I can import users from confluence without any problem.
Please help!

@Michael Krasilynets , I’m going thru some old posts trying to clean up unanswered questions. Can you tell me if this was resolved?
