I am setup a user with specific username and password however when i try to login as that user it gives the below message. I tested a week back and that time i was able to login. Application is ontrak2.0 crowd is used to add the user

Hi Neeta,

Is this ontrak2.0 a custom application that is integrated to Crowd? If so, the first thing I'd suggest to test is the login to Crowd Application as in this page.

Yes it is integrated with crowd. However i am unable to login with the specified. Credentials in crowd. I can login as administrator on crowd.

however it was a temp issue and then user was able to login fine automatically.
