Will Users Synchronize After a One-Time Import Between

Hello,

I have a question regarding the synchronization of crowd directories. Let’s assume we have a primary crowd directory and a target crowd directory. Based on my understanding of the documentation, one way to add users from the main directory to the target directory is through importing.

Is that correct?

Additionally, I’d like to know if there’s a way to keep these two directories synchronized after the import. For instance, if a user is removed from the main directory, will they also be automatically removed from the target directory?

Hi @acholewaa ,

You can move users from Crowd’s primary directory 'A' to target directory 'B' pretty easily. Just export the users to a CSV file, update the directory name to 'B' in the file, and then use the miniOrange Automated User Management app to import it.
