import users from jira to crowd

I am trying to import users from a jira instance which was acting as a user directory server for jira and confluence. However there are 3 userdirectories configured in Jira.

When trying to import the users into crowd I user the atlassian importer and provide all necessary data.

my question is: which user directory from jira side gets imported? will it be the top one? Since there are three on the jira side seperated into external users and different internal users I would like to keep that seperation on the crowd side.
