Failed to login Salesforce

Salesforce are used to redirect me to the homepage while it is using the sso, when I access from URL https://worldlinecrm.my.salesforce.com

or

https://worldlinecrm.lightning.force.com/lightning/page/home

But I was required to enter password today. 

I tried to fill in password, but failed, then I tried to use forget password, it is not allowed.

Would you please help check how can help me access salesforce? Thank you.

Welcome to our community.

It's atlassian user community, but your question looks like irrelated to Atlassian products.

Are your using SSO for Atlassian cloud and Salesforce products?

@Yong Yang Thank you. I am new here, and I was told to get support from https://cmsi.atlassian.net/ and raise a ticket for issues with salesforce.  But don't know how to do it.  

Good news is that I managed to login to salesforce this morning,  so no further concern here. Thank you.
