We'll begin moving existing JSM customers to Service Collection starting in February 2026 and will provide additional communications prior to that transition. For eligible customers who would like to opt in early to Service Collection, a self-service process is available via Admin Hub.

It means that your site will have all of the products available to you if you don't have some of them. Some of these products are: Jira service management, Assets, Customer service management (this is completely new product), Rovo agents.
